EDL Contracting, LLC has been working with Ed since August of 2008.

Ed has worked on our custom residential remodels as well as our commercial remodels and repairs.

We appreciate his willingness to work on our projects to complete them to our client’s satisfaction. Some of our project can get complex, and Ed has provided solutions that have helped our projects succeed. Ed is very responsive when we need that last minute change or repair to our projects.

Ed is our first call on our projects, as well as my own home projects as well.

Eduardo came to my condo to replace a broken Delta tub spout. Communicating with Eduardo was easy by phone and text. He kept me apprised of his arrival time and was even 15 minutes early. From the moment he stepped into the bathroom it was easy to see he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The fix was quick and relatively easy but the peace of mind that in having a licensed/bonded professional plumber do the work was well worth the price, especially since I live on the seventh floor of a high rise condo. Nice to have a professional on so many levels!!

I just completed a 38 apt project with Barce in Seattle and they did an amazing job. They communicate very well! They let me know of potential issues and the best way to solve them before we were in a mess. They worked very efficiently, planned their work out from top to bottom and executed it well. When issues came up, they worked well with the other trades to solve them and adjust their plan accordingly. I have been doing this a long time and wish that I had found these guys years ago. Ed and his crew are fantastic! They are honest, very fair and I will be working with them again when my next project comes up.
